The model of this school is based on educating the children of migrant labour, settled in the metros, saving the community as maids, rickshaw pullers, taxi drivers, etc. These schools cater to the extremely poor families by looking after their education, nutrition and vocational training needs. This includes ensuring free quality education by providing the children with school uniforms, books, bags, mid-day, meels and training material. A total of 800 students have been enrolled in these two schools. Additionally adult literacy classes are being organized in the school premises during off school hours. The emphasis is to empower the children and their families by providing the right connect.
