As part of our strategy to train and empower the underprivileged with permanent skills, thus enabling them to earn their livelihood, we have established Employability Linked Vocational Training Centres. True to our spirit of innovation, we have ensured that these Centres reach out beyond the conventional trades and provide instruction in a host of emerging avenues including Hospitality, Customer Relations and Sales, IT enabled services and Construction. For most of the trainees undergoing training, getting employment is a matter of survival and corporate handholding in honing skills and providing job opportunities is viewed with great respect and value. Trainees at these Centres largely comprise of rural unemployed youth and those from underserved areas. After successful completion of training the trainees are provided employment assistance for absorption into suitable vocations.

The programme has been carried out in the states of Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Andhra Pradesh. About 1,500 youth have been provided employment under this programme till date. It is our endeavour to expand this effort to cover more areas and assist those unemployed in the underserved areas. Wherein the programme at Maharashtra is now closed, certain number of new vocational training centres are in the process of being opened.
