The programme continues to offer diverse volunteering opportunities, including plantation drives, mentorship for school students, and timproving learning spaces for the poor.
Through DLF Engage, we hope to create a society where everyone has access to volunteering opportunities via a platform where individuals, organisations, and communities can come together to share knowledge, resources, and experiences. Activity-based volunteering engages individuals in hands-on, action-oriented volunteering opportunities that directly impact communities and causes. Volunteers can choose activities based on their preferences.
Skill-based volunteering leverages individuals’ unique talents, expertise, and professional skills to support organizations in need, through a long-term engagement in online or hybrid mode, enabling them to contribute in ways that align with their strengths. Volunteers can choose live projects according to their areas of expertise.
During the year, volunteers engaged in these initiatives, contributed to awareness campaigns on key issues, facilitated experiential learning sessions, and conducted hands-on STEM activities for students. The School Mentorship Project further strengthened the academic progress and personal development of underserved children through consistent volunteer engagement. Under the school mentorship, volunteers gave their time and skills for academic handholding, career guidance, storytelling sessions, and activities that foster imagination, expression, and critical thinking at different NGO-run schools in Gurugram.
In FY 2025–26, 1,504 volunteers dedicated 3,433 hours across 39 volunteering opportunities, including activity-based and skill-based engagements delivered in partnership with 16 NGOs.
