Skill Development for Specially Abled

DLF Foundation is collaborating with Muskaan, an NGO working in the field of imparting education, training, and habitation services for persons with intellectual disability, for a skill development programme for the specially abled. This initiative aims to aid with the integration of persons with intellectual disability into mainstream society through the imparting of life skills and vocational training. As part of this programme, Muskaan conducts a thorough training and assessment to check the fitment of the beneficiaries to help them with employment opportunities, life skills training and counselling to family members and beneficiaries.

As a result of DLF Foundation’s collaboration with Muskaan, 11 individuals have been trained for service-related work in the F&B industry and 6 beneficiaries have successfully completed their training and are now employed at various DLF hospitality outlets.
