Furthering our commitment to environmental conservation and increasing green cover, we joined hands with One Step Greener to create a forest zone adjoining Bhondsi Village. Spanning a stretch of 8 km, this forest belt once developed will have a diverse range of native plant species. To build a self-sustained ecosystem, these plants are planted using the Miyawaki-style afforestation.
Furthermore, to ensure the long-term success and sustainability of this green endeavour, the project includes the maintenance of the plantation for a period of three years. This maintenance phase is crucial for establishing a robust and thriving forest ecosystem that will benefit the environment and local communities for generations to come.
